I know what you mean. It took me 4 years to get round to fixing both Lambdas... my old Roland RS-101 stringer is *always* broken in some way... currently modding one of my Boss DR-55s to take a 9V DC jack, kick drum decay control, and multiple trigger outputs. It never ends.

Pepe also has a Korg multi wah coming his wah with a faulty switch that needs fixing.....

Yeah those synths are real expensive. But saving up Some money for a long time is the way for me and occasional "black" work. In my Free time. Some buy/sell activity and im stopping my smoking addiction so that money Goes there as Well

That external patching reminds me of an old telephone company panel, although it does add a lot of character.
