Pedal power question

Pedal power question

Postby Joske_Turbo » Thu May 10, 2018 10:02 am

Hi folks

I have a tech question for you: I use a Yamaha MFC-06 to control my FX500. It needs 12v, center positive. At the moment I use a 12v power supply and a reverse polarity cable, which works fine. My question: can I daisy chain it with my other pedals (only 2 in this setup) like I could with an ACA pedal, using the reverse polarity cable? This way I would only need one power supply.

Thanks!

I'm not sure if the boss aca would put out 12 volt but it seems like something you could try without doing harm. The cable is just an extension and should not affect anything.
